Photos that feel like the moment did.

At Fox Willow Photo, we believe the most meaningful moments are often the quietest. They're the glance between vows, the wind catching a toddler’s hair, the sunlight slipping through trees at golden hour.

Based in Poulsbo, WA and serving the Pacific Northwest, we specialize in capturing these fleeting, beautiful moments through candid photography that feels real, emotional, and grounded.

Whether it’s your wedding day or a slow Sunday morning with your family, our approach is always the same: kind, professional, and unobtrusive.

You live the moment, we’ll preserve it.

Weddings

Your wedding day moves quickly; full of quiet glances, happy tears, and the moments in between that often mean the most. My approach is candid and unobtrusive, allowing you to stay fully present with each other while I document the day as it naturally unfolds.

Whether your celebration is intimate or full of guests, my focus is always the same: your connection, your story, and the feeling of the day. With thoughtful guidance and a calm presence behind the camera, you can trust that every meaningful moment will be captured authentically.

Portraits

The best portraits are real moments shared between the people you love most. My portrait sessions focus on couples and families, capturing connection through natural prompts rather than stiff poses.

Sessions can take place outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest or in the comfort of your own home. We’ll move at a relaxed pace, giving everyone time to feel comfortable so the photos reflect genuine emotion and your families comfort.

Corporate Headshots

A great headshot should feel both professional and approachable. I work with local businesses, organizations, and teams to create clean, natural portraits that represent you at your best.

Using a mobile studio setup, I bring the experience directly to your office, making it easy for individuals or entire teams to update their photos without disrupting the workday. The result is polished, true-to-life headshots perfect for company websites, LinkedIn, and professional marketing.

Additional Information

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Start by reaching out. I like to get to know you a bit before the session so we can shape something that feels natural and true to you. We’ll talk about the kind of photos you’re drawn to, whether you already have a location in mind, and any inspiration you may have saved. From there, I’ll guide the rest. My sessions are relaxed and conversational, so you don’t need to worry about knowing what to do; I’ll gently prompt and guide you along the way.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel within Kitsap County is always included. If you’re planning a session somewhere farther away, I’ll provide a clear travel quote upfront so there are no surprises when you pay. My goal is always transparency, so once we settle on the plan and location, your cost won’t change unless the session details do.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Portrait galleries are typically delivered within two weeks. Weddings take a bit more time, those are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks after your wedding day. Rush turnaround is possible, please let me know if your inquiry if this is needed.

Can you recommend any good locations?

Absolutely. Over the years I’ve found a handful of beautiful locations throughout the area that photograph especially well; from quiet beaches to soft forest light. If you already have a place that feels meaningful to you, I’m always happy to explore it together. If not, I’m glad to recommend locations that fit the feeling you’re hoping to capture.

What is your price?

Every session and wedding is a little different, so pricing can vary depending on the details. To give you a starting point:

Weddings begin at $3,200

Portrait sessions begin at $350

Corporate headshots begin at $500

If you’d like a quote for your specific plans, just reach out and I’ll happily walk you through the options.
